After 30 years of service with Bell Atlantic, Chris is currently the owner of C & C Lawn Service, Inc.
A lifelong resident of Colonial Heights, Virginia, Chris has served on the Colonial Heights City Council for 24 years. Chris is the Council’s representative on the Transportation Safety Commission and Youth Services Commission. He is also the Chairman of the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Board of Social Services.
Chris is a member of the Colonial Heights Optimist Club, Highland United Methodist Church, the Dalton-McNeer Sunday School Class and the Virginia Municipal League. Chris has served as Chairman of the Colonial Heights After Prom Committee and is a former volunteer fireman.
Chris’s tenure on the Virginia Fire Services Board began in 2000 where he serves on the Committee on Administration and Policy
