The 2020 Virginia Fallen Firefighters & EMS Memorial Service
**The 23rd annual Virginia Fallen Firefighters & Emergency Medical Services Memorial Service scheduled on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at the Richmond International Raceway Complex, Main Exhibition Hall is cancelled due to the impacts of COVID-19.**
2020 Honorees will be recognized during the 2021 Virginia Fallen Firefighters & EMS Memorial Service in June 2021.

About the Memorial Service
The Memorial Service will include a keynote address, a Virginia Fire Services Honor Guard procession, a musical performance, and a fire and EMS apparatus display from departments throughout the Commonwealth. State flags will be presented to the families of the fallen. A reception immediately following the Memorial Service will be held for family members and guests.
The Service and reception are free and open to the public. In addition, the names of each Honoree will be added to the Virginia Public Safety Memorial Wall in Richmond.
Fire Department, Emergency Services, and Organization Participation
We invite and encourage all fire departments and emergency service organizations statewide to participate in the Memorial Service as Honor Guard, through the display of apparatus, and as department representatives.
Please fill out the Memorial Service Volunteer Registration Form to indicate how your fire department or emergency services organization will participate. Your participation is appreciated tremendously by the families and Virginia Fallen Firefighters & EMS Planning Committee members. We thank you in advance for your interest.
